Vinyasa Flow

We’ll connect movement with breath and book-end our practice with a gentle warm-up and relaxing cool-down. Should you feel called, invitations to build strength and deepen your practice will be offered.
Happy Hips

Tuesdays 6:00-7:00 PM

Our most popular class for the past 6 years. You carry your stress in your large muscle groups and that means your hips, hamstrings and lower back pay the price. Whether you're stressed mentally or physically your body will thank you for taking this class.
Power Flow

Wednesdays 4:30-5:30 PM

An intermediate, dynamic practice with minimal cueing that will focus on strength and mobility. Wrists, shoulders, back, legs and core will all be challenged as we flow with intent. Knowledge of basic yoga postures is beneficial. This class is as much of a fitness class as a tension relieving yoga practice. Get ready to sweat and laugh.
Hips & Hamstrings

This is a set series, meaning we practice the same sequence each week. The consistency allows you to go deeper into your practice each week. You are able to stop focusing on 'what's next' and instead focus on the present. This series will have a large focus on hips and hamstrings, but will aim for a full body release. This class is suitable to all levels and there is no requirement to attend weekly.
Flow and Let Go

A half and half class that moves you through a dynamic vinyasa sequence and then allows you to cool down with longer holds. This class is the best of both worlds and will leave you balanced and ready for the day.
Work Week Reset

Let go of the work week with a class designed to leave you feeling lighter and refreshed. This class focuses on the neck, back and shoulder system, with a secondary emphasis on hip and hamstring tightness. It will leave you realigned and ready for the weekend.
