This is a set series, meaning we practice the same sequence each week. The consistency allows you to go deeper into your practice each week. You are able to stop focusing on 'what's next' and instead focus on the present. This series will have a large focus on hips and hamstrings, but will aim for a full body release. This class is suitable to all levels and there is no requirement to attend weekly.
